THE EVIL OF NOTHING

by Tommy Lee Atha

Vampire King Lugulbanda hears a lousy prophesy from pot smoking Goddess Ishtar, predicting when his son, Gilgamesh, is born, he will kill the king. Gilgamesh shows up, Lugulbanda dies. Or so everyone thinks. Ishtar falls for King Gilgamesh, who demands loyalty and love from everyone. She brings the hairy wild man, Enkidu, to defeat Gilgamesh in a fight. Ishtar believes she can then heal the king, and he will love her. But Gilgamesh wins the fight. He and Enkidu fall in love. Jealous Ishtar poisons Enkidu. Gilgamesh can’t save him and cries out his love for Enkidu shall never end.
