About the Playwright

Megan Lohne is a playwright, screenwriter, educator, and talent manager whose work spans theater, television, and film. She holds a BFA in Acting from Adelphi University and an MFA in Playwriting from The Actors Studio/New School for Drama. A member of The Dramatists Guild and past participant in The Royal Court’s Young Writers’ Programme, her plays often explore feminism, memory, identity, and the body-frequently through immersive, sensory-driven formats.
Megan’s work has been produced nationally. She co-founded the collective Like Fresh Skin and currently serves as Vice Chair of the New Play Program for KCACTF Region II. Her students have earned national recognition, and she launched the Adelphi New Works Festival to spotlight emerging playwrights.
As co-founder of Lohne/Graham Management, Megan represents actors on Broadway and TV/Film with a focus on integrity, collaboration, and career development. She brings industry insight from her past roles at Dulcina Eisen Associates, The Talent House, and UGA. Whether writing, mentoring, or managing, Megan is passionate about storytelling that invites honesty, risk, and human connection.
