Rosalynde’s evil uncle, the King, forces her to run away from a throne that should be hers, and she meets a wily, wacky trio of thieves in the forest, who offer to help her. Her best friend, the Prince, accidentally gives her hiding place away, and she must go into clever disguise, with an unexpected outcome! Tangling Robin Hood, Snow White, and Shakespeare together with hilarious results, this tale tells the story of bumbling banditry, mixed-up secret identities, and unexpected friendship. But will they all live happily ever after?

About the Playwright
David Hansen has participated in Cleveland’s theater renaissance as a co-founder and artistic director of Guerrilla Theater Company, Dobama’s Night Kitchen and Bad Epitaph Theater Company, as well as an actor and director at Cleveland Play House, Great Lakes Theater, Dobama Theatre, Beck Center and Karamu House. His award-winning work on stillbirth, “I Hate This (a play without the baby)”, has been produced across the nation and internationally. He has also co-produced radio dramas for WCPN Ideastream, and been a contributor to Cleveland, Angle, and Muse Magazines. David is Education Programs Manager for Great Lakes Theater and a member of the Dramatists Guild of America. David lives in Cleveland Heights, the City of Great Writers.
