Cranium Fandango

by Richard Caliban

Androsia, a professor of anthropology, is the only person in the world with a particular speech disorder — a short circuit in her brain that suddenly causes her to select words randomly and speak nonsense. For most of her life these embarrassing outbursts have been infrequent. But now, things are getting worse, to the point where her inability to express herself coherently threatens to destroy her life.
