About the Playwright
After graduating from Amarillo College and West Texas A&M University with degrees in Theatre Arts and Communications, Bradley Nies was employed with Blinn College-Brenham as Director and Professor of Theatre Arts and Communication Studies for 36 years. He became a member of the Texas Educational Theatre Association in 1992, and he joined the TxETA Adjudicator’s Organization in 1997. Bradley was the recipient of the 2007 Blinn College Professional Association Excellence in Teaching Award, the 2008 TxETA Educator of the Year-Community College Division, the 2012 TxETA Playwriting Award-Texas Resident, and the 2015 NISOD Teaching Excellence Award. He currently has seven plays published through Next Stage Press LLC.
