A shy dragon seeks only friendship and loyalty from his kingdom. He loses his fire after a torrential rain-storm while sleeping with his mouth open. Hurt and disappointment set in when his best friend, the Knight, abandons him, fearing that his shining armor will rust in all of the rain. The pompous King, the vain Queen, and the pouting Princess-in-Pink shun Dragon as well. After an encounter with wise counseling, Dragon decides to set out on a quest of his very own. Audience interaction is a must!

About the Artists
Pam Munson Steadman published a trilogy of Hannah Savannah Books for Children, as well as a humorous prose book titled The Lives of the Wits and Famous. Through the Windmore Foundation for the Arts (VA), of which she was a board member, Pam founded the Pen-to-Paper Writers. She was also a board member of Black Box of Asbury Park, NJ, and The Little Theatre of New Milford, CT.Pam collaborated with a member of The Blue Men’s Group, ‘David Anania, penning her lyrics with David’s music and arrangement, Bobbing for Apples in a Tub of Moonshine. ‘And Still My Heart Has Wings is a screenplay penned from Pam’s original story, and is co-written with screenwriter, Aimee Lamb. It was a finalist in a Cinequest Screenplay Contest. Having written 19 short plays, 3 full length plays, a children’s musical, and a soap opera spoof, Pam is now the director of a senior group called Curtain Up Players. She also writes seasonal skits for Seabrook Performers.Her plays have been read and/or produced in 8 states as well as in the UK and Singapore.
